Freshly-roasted, single-origin coffee grown using only organic methods right here on our very own little piece of paradise. Our coffee is grown in the shaded understory of macadamia nut, papaya, citrus, avocado, lychee and much more. All of our cultivation efforts help to increase the quality of the soil and biodiversity of the land making our farm a sanctuary for the flora and fauna of Hawaii. All of our Coffee is roasted in small batches so that it will be as fresh as possible when it is poured in to your cup. Availability may vary based on roasting batch quantity and it may not always be ready for next day shipping. If it is not, we will contact you and ask if you want to be added to our "Roast and Ship" list which will guarantee your coffee arrives to you the same week it was roasted.
